Refund policy

1. General Policy Overview

At Mezze, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality Lebanese frozen and ready-to-eat products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we have specific refund and return conditions.

2. For Mezze (Frozen Products)

Eligible for Refund or Replacement If:

The product was delivered damaged or spoiled.

You received the wrong item.

The product is significantly different from what was described.

Conditions:

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect product, spoilage) is required.

Products must remain frozen and unopened.

Not Eligible for Refund:

Change of mind.

Products that were improperly stored after delivery.

Issues reported after the 24-hour window.

3. For Mezze on the Go (Ready-to-Eat Products)

Eligible for Refund or Replacement If:

The product arrived spoiled or unfit for consumption.

Incorrect item was delivered.

Packaging was significantly damaged upon delivery.

Conditions:

Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the item.

Proof of issue (photo or video) is required.

Items must be partially or fully intact (not consumed completely).

Not Eligible for Refund:

Late claims beyond 12 hours.

Dissatisfaction based on taste preference alone.

Mishandling after delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Once approved, we will either:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full or partial refund via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued unless our delivery team is at fault.
