
Meat Rolls - On-The-Go
Pastry wrap: Flour, semolina, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, water.
Filling: Beef meat, onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon.
Wheat flour
1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to submerge your Mezze product.
2. Remove from the freezer, place directly in the pan and reduce heat, for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through frying.
3. Pre-heat the oven to 210°C/410°F (without defrosting them) and bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
