Pastry wrap: Water, semolina, wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, salt.

Filling: feta cheese, onions, parsley, oil

Frying:

1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to 180°C/360°F (enough oil to submerge your Mezze product).

2. Remove your Mezze product from the freezer. Fry directly in the pan and reduce the heat. Fry for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning them over halfway through frying.

Baking:

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F.

2. Place pies on lightly greased baking tray (without defrosting them) and bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
