Pastry wrap: Water, semolina, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, salt.

Filling: Carrots, onion, cabbage, soya sauce, garlic powder, ginger.

Baking:

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F.

2. Defrost Mezze products (if frozen) by placing them in approximately 4–5 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Place Mezze products on a lightly greased baking tray (without browning) and bake for 15–20 min or until golden brown.

Frying:

1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to 180°C/360° F (enough oil to submerge your Mezze product).

2. Remove Mezze product from the freezer, and reduce the heat.

3. Fry Mezze products directly in the pan and golden brown, turning them over halfway through frying time.
