

Lebanese Meat Dumpling
Meat dumpling wrap: Flour, water, vegetable oil, salt.
Filling: Beef meat, onion, parsley, pepper, cinnamon, salt.

5 cups
plain yoghurt
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 egg white (optional)
2 teaspoons salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed dried mint
2 leaves of butter
Preparation Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 210°C / 410° F, bake Frozen dumplings for 15-20min.
2. Place yoghurt in large heavy pan and stir until smooth.
3. Blend cornflower into water, add to yoghurt with egg white and salt until thickened.
4. Fry crushed garlic with salt and dried mint for 2-3 min.
5. Pour the garlic mixture into yoghurt, then add the dumplings.
6. Serve hot with rice.
