Dough: Pumpkin, bulgur, wheat flour, onion, salt, mint, pepper
Filling: Chard, onion, chick peas, sumac, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt.
Wheat flour
1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to 210°C/410°F (enough oil to submerge your Mezze product).
2. Remove your Mezze product from the freezer, place directly in the pan and reduce the heat.
Fry for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning them over halfway through frying.
