
Cheese Rolls
Pastry wrap: Water, semolina, wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, salt.
Filling: Akkawi cheese, halloum cheese (microbial rennet), mint
Wheat, Milk
1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to 180°C/350°F (enough oil to submerge your Mezze product).
2. Remove from the freezer, fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F.
4. Place pies on lightly greased baking tray (without defrosting them) and bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
