Pastry wrap: Flour, water, butter, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, salt, yeast
Filling: Akkawi cheese, halloum cheese (microbial rennet), mint, zaatar, junea

1. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil to medium heat.
2. Remove your Mezze product. Fry, brown, turning them over halfway through frying, for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Place pies on lightly greased baking tray (without defrosting them) and bake for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 210°C/410°F.
